Availability to work East Coast hours is required.Position SummaryThe MinuteClinic Support Coordinator is responsible for managing nationwide callouts, processing Workbrain payroll corrections for the fleet, and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires timely handling of callouts and an understanding of the dynamic work environment and unique staffing needs of retail health clinics.The Support Coordinator will collaborate with their direct supervisor, regional coordinators, and field leaders to review and analyze Workbrain payroll corrections related to staffing and scheduling. This position requires weekend coverage and scheduling flexibility to work part-time (20 hours per week) across 4–5 days, with shifts varying between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time.Required QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in workforce scheduling or a related field.High School diploma or GED equivalent.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of workforce scheduling practices.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills across all levels (Providers, SPMs, ADs, Leadership).Ability to negotiate and influence effectively.Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (in-person or virtual).Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and web-based applications; prior experience with scheduling software preferred.Ability to see the big picture and adapt to change.Demonstrates integrity and a positive attitude.EducationHigh School diploma or GED equivalent.Anticipated Weekly Hours20Time TypePart timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
