In this role you will drive technological advancement in this discipline as part of a small, specialized team. You'll investigate candidate potting and dispense process strategies for new products to reduce the cost and improve performance and own the process from early prototype builds through full volume production and provide potting and dispense design for manufacturability (DFM) input to our product design team You'll have...Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or Manufacturing5+ years of manufacturing engineering or equivalent relevant experienceExperience developing and implementing dispense processes and equipment in high-volume production: (expansion potting, syntactic potting, impingement mixing, sealants, cure-in-place gaskets, form-in-place gaskets, structural adhesives)Experience with low and high viscosityExperience with one part and multiple components adhesivesExperience with high volume adhesive dispensing equipmentProficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), and use of statistical analysis software (.
