Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:Maintain overall sanitation of the guest-facing property and storage areas throughout the shift.Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines.Set up all collateral needed for recurring and one-time events.Communicate clearly and concisely with event management staff, follow through on assigned duties.  Motivate and lead the team of assistants.Be able to actively work with our account managers and to have a complete understanding of the meeting room set ups.Manage all china, glassware, silverware inventory.Benefits:Company discounts Lucrative referral program Health benefits for Full-time employeesPaid Holidays for Full-time employeesRequirements:1 year of experience in banquet or food and beverage department position.Over the age of 25 with a clean driving recordKnowledge of specific room style setups styles.Knowledge of organizing service from Banquet Event orders.Ability to lift and move items up to fifty pounds.Demonstrates the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.Demonstrates an understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.Demonstrate the ability to retain instructions and follow-through on tasks in a timely manner.Nestled on 289 acres in the heart of the Texas Hill Country lies Texas Wine Country Resort, Camp Lucy.
