We’re looking for an Activities Director to lead fun, meaningful, and enriching programs for our residents What You’ll Do: Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests. Coordinate social, recreational, and wellness programs to enhance residents’ quality of life. Build relationships with residents and their families to ensure activities are inclusive and enjoyable.
Oversee and mentor activity staff and volunteers. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for activity programs. What We’re Looking For: Certified Activities Director (or willing to obtain certification).
Experience
in planning and leading activities in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred. Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with seniors. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
