Business Analyst (Direct Hire) **$90K- $109K/year or more DOE** *100% REMOTE* *Requires an active SECRET security clearance to start* Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for a business analyst supporting DISA Nexus at Ft. Meade, MD.  This is a direct hire opportunity and is 100% remote in nature. Functional Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements across Agile and SDLC environments Serve as liaison between government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of requirements Support ServiceNow process improvements and automation initiatives Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and requirements tracking Utilize GitLab or ServiceNow for documentation, change tracking, and workflow management Support testing efforts by validating requirements and acceptance criteria Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Experience supporting IT and cloud environments Active Secret Clearance required Familiarity with ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and GitLab or similar tools preferred Benefits include CIGNA Medical Guardian for Medical, Vision, Dental, two (2) weeks of PTO, 11 federal holidays, and 401k What happens next: Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
