LEAD PRESCHOOL TEACHER NEEDED

Job description: Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young children, particularly toddlers. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans and curricula that align with our educational philosophy. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support children's growth and development. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their child's development. Implement curriculum development strategies that align with early childhood education standards. Engage in daily activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play to enhance learning experiences. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that encourages curiosity and exploration. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching methods. Skills Experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is essential. Knowledge of toddler care practices and early childhood development principles. Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment. Proficiency in lesson planning that incorporates diverse teaching strategies. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning.
