Commercial Service PlumberMoore's Electrical & Mechanical is looking for a Commercial Service Plumber in the Greater Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and must be able to handle service calls, repairs, and installations on a variety of plumbing systems. This sense of ownership has a positive impact on the way we treat each other and the high quality of work we deliver to our customers.Job Summary:The Commercial Service Plumber provides customer service in the field to assemble, install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems in commercial facilities. These systems include piping, fittings, heating fixtures, water distribution and drainage systems. Primary Responsibilities:Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing systemsPerform repairs and installations on various plumbing systems in commercial facilitiesInspect plumbing systems to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for repairs or replacementsCommunicate with customers to explain repairs and answer any questionsComplete service reports and other documentation as requiredMaintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicleSafely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirementsRequirements:3+ years of plumbing service experience.Strong problem-solving skills.Knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Basic computer skills.High School Diploma or GED.Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.Must pass a drug screen and background check.
