Competitive base salaryBonus potentialHealth insurance package401K Electrical Project ManagerDESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE: Prior electrical jobsite experience (apprentice, licensed journeyman, and Superintendent/Foreman) in construction setting is highly recommended, but not requiredProficiencies and skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, Procore, Bluebeam, and AccubidProficiencies in reading, understanding, and tracking job financial reports and budget documentsAbility to delegate duties assigned to Project EngineerVery knowledgeable in NEC (National Electrical Code) and Local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; communicates effectively with management, employees, customers, and vendors High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customers Electrical Project Manager QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years OR MORE OF ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENTField experience coordinating with ELECTRICAL construction management.Solid knowledge of estimating software, Accubid, MCCormick, ConEST, Procore, Bluebeam.Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take offs, change orders, and contracts.Journeyman or Master Electrician's license a plus.
