Responsibilities:

Leverage your Property & Casualty (P&C) license to sell and cross-sell insurance products to a wide variety of clients.

Utilize exceptional product knowledge to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.

Proactively cold call potential clients and follow up persistently to convert leads into loyal customers.

Build and maintain a pipeline through consistent follow-ups with prospects, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.

Deliver outstanding communication to clients, explaining policies, addressing concerns, and building trust.

Collaborate effectively to align with long-term agency goals while achieving monthly commission targets.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products to remain a trusted advisor for clients.

Qualifications:

Current Florida P&C License is mandatory.

Proven track record of excellence in insurance sales, with the ability to demonstrate success through results.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust.

Exceptional ability to self-manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through without constant supervision.

Compensation:

Base salary + commissions, with monthly commission potential ranging from $3,000 to $6,000 on average.
