What Youll Do Engage directly with Costco members to promote and sell featured products.Provide top-notch customer service and create a fun, positive shopping experience.Set up and maintain attractive, compliant demo stations.Track sales and manage inventory for your promotions.Stay in the loop by checking updates and schedules from your manager.Join team check-ins or compliance calls as needed.Work independently in a self-paced, retail sales environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs multiple times per shift.Ability to transport and set up a folding table (2 x 4) from your vehicle to the store.Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical setup/breakdown tasks. Additional Information Bonus structure and performance targets are communicated weekly.Promoters may earn bonuses based on units sold (up to 100 units/day per product).
