Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. By conducting regular patrols and remaining visible, you play a key role in maintaining a secure environment. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.Monitor for and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities within the manufacturing and industrial location.Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and/or emergency responders as needed.Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or escorting visitors as required by site protocols.Minimum Requirements:At least one year of security-related experience is required.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
