North Ridge Health and Rehab - A Day in the Life of a Lead Childcare Teacher: As a Lead Childcare Teacher, you will provide a stable and safe environment for toddlers and infants. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising curriculum activities while ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures. You’ll also oversee other childcare staff, take initiative, exercise independent judgment, and communicate effectively with parents.
