They will adhere to the YAP wraparound advocacy model of service with the integration of interventions deemed appropriate by the ISP and maintain fidelity to both YAP’s model and the interventions selected for each family. Family Support Workers will carry a caseload of no more than six (6) families each. They will report to the Supervisor and Program Director. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in the field of social work, psychology, human and child development, counseling, sociology, or a related field, from a college or university accredited by one of the six regional accrediting associations of the US.  Minimum of one (1) year of associated experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Basic computer skills; knowledge of electronic health record systems is a plus Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
