With growth comes great opportunity for those with the ambition to build a strong and meaningful career.Wright Heating provides not just a job but an opportunity to join a family of people who care about each other and care about their customers.Required Qualifications:Min 5 years of commercial HVAC service experienceValid driver's license and company-insurable driving recordEPA Universal CertificationWell-organized with the ability to work independentlyAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsBe familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesExperience making repair and replacement decisionsAdvanced customer service skillsDemonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership rolesOperate scissors, and genie lifts in a safe mannerRead and understand basic electrical schematic diagramsKnowledge of air balancing principles and techniquesWillingness to attend training classes and seminarsMust be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.Possesses tools neededHigh school diploma or equivalentPass a background check and drug screenCompletion of HVAC trade school - desiredCheck us out online:
