For additional information about our company, visit our website at  POSITION SCOPEThe Crushing Foreman is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant; overseeing all operations, both on site and in the office, managing workers, coordinating production and monitoring all site systems. The Crushing Foreman will be responsible for supervising a work crew and inspecting and maintaining equipment. Travel in state and out of state will be required. PRIMARY DUTIESSupervise work crewAssist with setup and tear down of plantsPerform general maintenance, repair, and service equipment as requiredIndividuals must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. on a regular basisEnsure that all operations maintain safety, production, and quality goalsCoordinate with the crew to ensure timely delivery of productReport on operational, production, and budget goals and statusEnforce compliance with all safety policies and proceduresCoordinate daily and weekly plant and equipment inspectionsMonitor daily cost to determine performance and address variancesProvide support and operational assistance in the areas of safety, quality control, time management, and communicationPerform all duties within safety guidelines set up by M.S.H.A. and company policyPerform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startupPerform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTSRequired 5+ years of verifiable working experience as foreman or supervisor of construction crusher crewsMust hold an M.S.H.A. 5000-23 certificateMaintain a valid driver's licenseAble to operate equipment efficiently to maintain project specifications.Must be a Team playerMust have good understanding of GradationsMechanical knowledge of equipment and being able to perform routine maintenanceBasic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torchFluent on Apple products and basic computer skills in Excel and Word are requiredWilling to work long shifts and able to work weekendsMust be willing to travel to other job sites Fisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are a drug-free work environment requiring pre-employment and random drug testing.
