This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. Career Path:  After 30 days of employment WRT, AFTER 90 Days FRST, 90 days after FRST Completion HST Certification  Key Responsibilities Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects Communicate  progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members. Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety  Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned. Coach and train restoration technicians Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning agents All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
