Pay Breakdown Training Pay (First 46 Weeks): $650 per week Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,000$1,400+ per week Mileage Pay (Post-Training): $0.43$0.51 CPM (based on experience) Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded Equipment: Assigned late-model automatic tractor after solo qualification Drivers are paid weekly, and most trainees transition to solo status quickly once training benchmarks are met.
