This position will organize and manage the spare parts inventory, the repair manuals, ensure proper permits & certificates are available from every contractor, and maintain the entire parts area. The Maintenance Coordinator will purchase goods and services according to departmental and organizational policies, and procedures. In addition, is responsible for all company vehicles including the routine maintenance, tags, and licensing. This position description does not contain a comprehensive list of required duties and responsibilities. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORHigh School diploma or equivalent;Computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office programs; Inventory control experience is helpful;Ability to learn and become proficient with the internal Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS);Ability to research and source vendors for new parts and supplies that meet food safety requirements; andMust demonstrate solid organizational & time management skills.WHAT YOU WILL DOProcess purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices; Receive parts, stocking shelves & recording usage;Work with equipment vendors & staff to develop spare parts inventories to allow for minimum interruptions to production;Responsible for researching & comparing suppliers, goods, & services to ensure the most suitable & cost effective;Prepare requisitions and order parts and supplies that meet food safety requirements for the Maintenance Department;Maintain on-line maintenance files including detailed services, parts manuals, vendor records, etc.;Comply with incident reporting policies and procedures.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlong periods of standing 50% and sitting 50%;Occasional bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, and climbing; ability to lift 50 pounds; andAbility to wear hearing protection and safety glasses occasionally.Can you say #dreamjob?
