Breakfast Host/HostessCertified Hospitality is currently seeking friendly individuals with a desire to provide excellent customer service interested in working as a Breakfast Host/Hostess. The Breakfast Host/Hostess is responsible for preparing and delivering the daily complimentary breakfast for hotel guests. Breakfast Hours for Guests goes from 6:30am to 10:30am. Employees may be scheduled between 5:30am till about 11am or Noon.Job functions include:Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day Ordering or purchasing food suppliesPreparing food such as cut fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensersArranging serving dishes/trays, utensils, and cupsSetting out/arranging cold food such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal for self servicePreparing (microwave heating to 160 degrees) pre-cooked hot food such as breakfast meats a scrambled eggsPicking up or clearing tables as they are vacatedWiping up spillsKeeping lobby/breakfast area floor clean; sweep Et mop as necessary Removing trashRe-stocking self-service food and supplies as neededWashing reusable wares a serving equipment and returning them to storageReturning reusable food supplies to storageResponding to guest needs or requestsMeeting hotel standards for guest service and work habitsOther duties as assignedPI4aa8265f7cf6-30511-35046632
