We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing top-notch care in a supportive, resident-centered environment. What We Offer:- Next Day Pay – Access your earned wages fast- Supportive team atmosphere and strong leadership- Opportunity to grow your clinical skills in a dynamic setting- Competitive wages and shift differentials- Full-time and part-time scheduling flexibility What You’ll Do: Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and comfort for residents Monitor and document vital signs and changes in condition Provide emotional support and companionship Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care Ensure resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times Accurately report and record resident care and observations Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure quality care Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs What We’re Looking For: Active CNA certification in the state of Illinois CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to residents’ changing needs A kind, respectful, and professional demeanor Must be free from any abuse-related convictions Work Setting: Long-Term Care Facility / Skilled Nursing Facility Team-oriented culture focused on quality and compassion Physical requirements include the ability to lift 25+ lbs, bend, move, and assist residents Apply today and start making a difference
