Performs peripheral lab draws and administers vaccines including influenza and pneumococcal.Reports to the licensed nurse, physician, or advanced practice provider any changes in patient status, behavior, and abnormal findings of data or incidents.Documents accurately in the medical record the care that was delivered, activities completed, and other data that is collected for the patient.Answer phones courteously, collaborates with nurse and/or provider to manage phone calls, and makes clinic pre-appointment reminder calls to patients.Enters orders into the electronic medical record on behalf of the provider at the direction of the provider. Coordinates prescription refills and requests as directed/ordered by provider.
