Please apply only if this structure works for you.Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications:Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred Current NMLS License required - Federal NMLS Registration is not sufficientAbout CompanyMotto Mortgage Pros is a forward-thinking mortgage brokerage committed to providing personalized, expert guidance to home buyers.
