At With Pride, you're more than just a technician—you're part of a company that respects your work, supports your growth, and values your contributions every step of the way. 🔗 Learn more about us at withpridehvac.net Key Responsibilities Oversee and perform sheet metal fabrication and installation across project sites.Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards.Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to guide layout and installation.Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality expectations.Operate tools and equipment with precision, including cutting, bending, forming, and welding.Manage day-to-day workflow on-site, coordinating with HVAC crews and project managers.Maintain detailed records of labor, materials, and production tasks.Uphold a clean and organized work area and assist with inventory tracking. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation.Strong technical proficiency in cutting, bending, welding, and the use of sheet metal equipment.Demonstrated ability to lead crews and mentor apprentices or junior team members.High-level understanding of blueprints, schematics, and HVAC ductwork systems.Commitment to safety standards and clean work practices.Strong communication skills and a dependable, task-oriented work ethic.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.SST and OSHA certifications required.
