Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing (Remote from Poland)This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to define and lead the marketing strategy for a highly technical, developer-first product operating at global scale. You will own the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness to lead generation, and play a central role in expanding adoption across new audiences and use cases.

Working closely with senior leadership and engineering teams, you will shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market motions. The environment is fast-paced, highly autonomous, and impact-driven, with a strong focus on execution and measurable results. You will have the freedom to build new marketing playbooks while maintaining high standards across all external communications. This position combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership in a fully remote setup.
