We foster a supportive and collaborative culture where team members find not just a place to work, but a place to call home.Key Responsibilities-Assist Journeyman & Master Electricians in installations, repairs, and maintenance.-Handle Materials & Tools by organizing, transporting, and setting up equipment at job sites.-Run & Pull Wiring for electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.-Support Installations of panels, outlets, lighting, and electrical components.-Maintain Safety Standards by following OSHA and company guidelines.-Troubleshoot Basic Electrical Issues under the supervision of a licensed electrician.-Read & Interpret Blueprints with guidance from senior team members.-Ensure Worksite Cleanliness by removing debris and maintaining an organized workspace.Qualifications-Experience: 1-2 years of electrical experience preferred.-Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
