As a Product Manager you will work to uncover and solve real customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and UX, align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and ship iteratively while learning fast and improving outcomes.What You’ll BringCustomer focus and analytical thinking; you use data to diagnose issues, size opportunities, and inform decisions.Mastery of core PM toolset and SDLC practices; you write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborate effectively throughout the development lifecycle.Cross‑functional communication and consensus building with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.Problem solving and the ability to manage complexity and dependencies across teams and adjacent products.Clear presentation skills for roadmaps, decisions, and results to varied audiences and leadership levels.Hands‑on collaboration with UX designers and engineers to deliver modern, web‑based user experiences; strong written requirements and communication skills.Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and modern web concepts; comfort working with data models and system interactions.Experience with product road mapping and go‑to‑market partnership to ensure readiness across positioning, packaging, and launch. In This Role, You Will: Own outcomes aligned to product-line OKRs; discover and deliver solutions that create clear customer value and measurable business impact.Lead problem discovery using quantitative and qualitative research to uncover pain points, size opportunities, and articulate value hypotheses.Drive solution discovery via rapid prototyping and technical spikes to converge on feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.Execute against a delivery plan with Engineering and UX sequencing work, managing scope, mitigate risks, and bringing clarity across teams when needed.Ship small, learn quickly, and iterate; own quality and results with clear metrics and post‑launch insights.Align and communicate with stakeholders through transparent roadmaps, regular demos, and data‑driven storytelling.Develop deep fluency in your product, industry, and organization: how the product works and is used, how it’s marketed and sold, competitive landscape and differentiation, and how the roadmap aligns to near‑ and long‑term company goals.
