Shift: Inquire Start Date: 12/22/2025 Duration: 23 weeks Pay: $2224 / Week Job Description & Requirements Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School) StartDate: 12/22/2025 Pay Rate: $2224.00 - $2362.00 AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well-respected school district in Indianapolis, IN to hire a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students’ academic and social development. Responsibilities for this role include conducting assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students. The SLP will also develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs. Throughout the course of the school year they will provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. They will monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. The SLP will also provide training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment. Required QualificationsSpeech/Language Pathologist, SchoolExperience: New Grad AcceptedLicenses: SLP-INMaster’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related FieldState SLP License in *State*Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)Communication Disorder Certification Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or PediatricsStrong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulationsFacility LocationKnown as the "Amateur Sports Capital of the World" and the 12th-largest city in the U.S., Indianapolis is the capital of Indiana and home to an expansive variety of cultural and historical offerings.
