JOB DESCRIPTION The Opportunity  Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Clubs Supervisor to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennesee. As a Clubs Supervisor you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury suites are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. Responsibilities  Supervises and coordinates premium club's staff, including training and providing constructive and corrective feedback as needed Creates a positive and memorable guest experience by delivering professional and courteous service and maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and safe area Receives and facilitates any premium guests’ requests and orders Analyzes and resolves problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Lead Clubs Supervisor and Premium Clubs Manager. Learn and be comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to effectively answer guests’ questions, and creating elevated cocktails that match with the event. Responsible for performing end of month inventory for all premium clubs Other duties assigned by management Qualifications  Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment is preferred Previous experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system required Excellent guest service skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment Good communication and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory Physical Requirements  Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of club areas Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed  Shift Details  Day shift Evening shift Event based Holidays Weekends Who We Are  Delaware North is the concessions and retail partner at Bridgestone Arena dating back to 1996.
