Over the next year, well be deepening our product in each vertical and expanding into new segments.Were a fast-growing, well-funded business that has doubled in size in 2025, with a clear pathway to do the same again in 2026. A key pillar of our strategy is building AI-centric workflows directly into the platform, transforming how creators design, sell and operate their experiences.About the roleWere hiring our third Senior Product Manager to partner with Engineering and Design in architecting the next generation of Easol, to help drive a key next stage of growth. Within the PM team, youll own one of our verticals, and will work together with the wider product team to shape the direction of the platform as a whole. Youll move quickly between strategic / commercial thinking and hands-on discovery / delivery. To succeed youll need to immerse yourself in the world of our creators (our word for clients), and drive multiple initiatives across the platform at once. Youll turn complex creator needs into scalable workflows, often building and prototyping with AI to test ideas early. The role requires someone with sharp product judgement, creativity, technical curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset. We lead multiple initiatives at once, some in deep discovery, some in active delivery, and priorities can shift fast as the rapidly-growing market evolves. We spend real time with creators: on calls, on-site at their experiences, in sales pitches and in service reviews. Were constantly refining and expanding our view of what an incredible creator experience means, and we ship relentlessly towards it. We improvise when we have to, challenge each other constantly, and default to action over process. This is not a 9-to-5 role, but a place for people that are excited to come to work and get stuck in, want to push the limits and try new technologies, wear many hats, adapt quickly and lead others through ambiguity with energy and clarity. Therefore, youll be responsible for their discovery, direction, planning, prioritisation and success.Youll shape product direction in partnership with our two other product managers, engineering and design, by sharing and advocating for ideas in our prioritisation forums for upcoming initiatives.Youll build a deep understanding of our creators needs, use cases and personas, drawing on qualitative and quantitative insights to identify highest value opportunities.Youll primarily operate in the Music vertical, working closely as a strategic partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts including sales, marketing and customer success. Itll be your job to ensure this vertical is represented in product prioritisation and push for new features or improvements that drive the Music verticals success. Youll also step beyond the Music vertical as needed, helping plan and deliver meaningful value to our creators through relevant product campaigns.Youll spend time directly with creators, navigating ambiguity and exploring opportunities for the platform to further improve their business (including both for their use of the platform, and for the end-customer experience).Youll use AI thoughtfully, running lightweight experiments, prototyping early ideas and helping the team understand where AI can transform workflows, reduce complexity or open up new opportunities, before committing engineering time.Youll bring sound judgement to when AI is the right tool and when it isnt. Ensuring we design workflows that enhance rather than burden our creators. Experience We'd Love5+ years as a PM in a fast-moving SaaS startup or scale-up.Youve led cross-functional groups of engineers, designers and go-to-market partners to deliver impactful product changesExperience shipping AI-powered features or workflows, with a practical sense for how AI behaves in real product environments.A track record of driving measurable outcomes (with real-world data to back it up), not just shipping features.Strong qualitative research skills and independent data fluency (we use PostHog).The ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members, to align around ideas without relying on hierarchy.About You You have confidence in your ideas and approaches and can articulate them clearly, while remaining open to new information and perspectives - you have a low ego.Youre very curious and motivated by exploring whats possible, especially with emerging technologies like AI.You are customer-driven and think deeply about designing workflows and systems that scale.You are process-oriented and always show meticulous attention to detail but also know when the process gets in the way of value and momentum.You collaborate instinctively.
