With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our builders.Position Overview: As a Residential New Home Construction HVAC Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our team, focusing on estimating and designing HVAC systems for new residential construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of industry professionals, receive comprehensive training, and contribute to the growth of our company.Key Responsibilities: Size and design HVAC systems using industry-standard software. Prepare ductwork designs and ensure compliance with local codes.Complete permitting documentation and energy calculations.Estimate material and labor costs per project.Maintain accurate records and adapt documentation to reflect onsite construction changes.Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.Requirements: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to new tools and processes.Prior experience with Wrightsoft and EnergyGuage software required.Physical capability to perform desk work and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.Benefits: Competitive compensation package.
