It’s time to join our team and help build more sustainable environments We are currently looking for a Global Procurement Analyst to join us at Wavin Shared Services, Poznań, Poland. Key responsibilities:• Performing comprehensive analysis of procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplierperformance issues, and process improvement areas across global operations• Developing and maintaining regular procurement reports, KPI dashboards, and analytical tools thatsupport strategic and operational decision-making• Analysing supplier performance data, conducting spend analysis by category and region, and supportingsupplier evaluation and selection processes• Conducting market intelligence research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to supportstrategic sourcing initiatives and category strategies• Collaborating with BU procurement teams, category managers, and business stakeholders to deliver timelyand accurate analytical insights Requirements:• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, orrelated field• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business analysis, or related analytical roles• Very strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools• Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management• Understanding of financial analysis, cost modelling, and spend analysis techniques• Experience in working with procurement platforms SAP, Coupa• Fluency in English (knowledge of the Spanish is a plus).• Strong attention to details and accuracy in data analysis and reporting What do we offer:• Contract of employment in Wavin Shared Services based in Poznań• Possibility of hybrid work• Interesting position within the Global Procurement Operations & Services team• Opportunity to take part in exciting projects which creates value for the company;• Friendly working atmosphere, where you’ll collaborate with a multicultural team from around the globe;• After probationary period we offer unlimited time contracts;• Extensive benefit package (including private healthcare and Multisport card);• Internal and external trainings;• Position with opportunity for further development.What Orbia Building & Infrastructure offers Do you want to make a difference by working with a purpose?
