For more information, visit www.jobs.premisehealth.com. Join Premise Health as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with our Healthcare Recruitment Team This is a remote opportunity to recruit for positions throughout the country.What You'll DoManage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting over-the-phone pre-screening interviewsMaintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking SystemPartner with Talent Acquisition Advisor to develop sourcing strategies for a wide range of jobsUtilize a wide range of sourcing tools and techniques to source the best available talentBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing candidate relationship managementCreate sourcing plansReport on effective sourcing and recruiting trends and make recommendations based on dataCreate and execute candidate search campaigns using sourcing toolsAttend Strategy Sessions with Talent Acquisition Partners to create job-specific sourcing strategiesSuccessfully source passive & active candidatesResponsible for building talent pipelines across a variety of job types and skill levelsWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years of sourcing or recruiting in the healthcare industryExperience with multiple sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn RecruiterApplicant Tracking System experience (Avature preferred)Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for a performance bonus that is based on achievement of established targets.For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year.
