Why You’ll Love This Job: Be part of a company that values your work and rewards your dedication.Flexible work schedule that fits your lifestyle.Opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors, keeping things fresh and exciting.Travel between sites in our company vehicleno two days are the same What You’ll Do: Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks, from pressure washing outdoor areas to cleaning windows, furniture, floors, and more.Use a variety of cleaning methods, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.Work with a team to ensure all designated areas are spotless, both indoors and outdoors.Maintain restrooms, order supplies as needed, and ensure the facility is always well-stocked and clean.Keep the facility secure by locking up after hours and reporting any hazards.Submit reports, checklists, and other administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.Provide exceptional customer service, building trust with every client you interact with. Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience in janitorial cleaning in a community setting is a plus.Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) are preferred.You’re reliable, honest, hardworking, and always on time.You have a reasonable driving record and reliable transportation.You can pass a background check and drug screening.You’re ready to work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in a job well done.
