About the Role As an Assistant Designer, you will support Design leaders in creating an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and target customers.What You’ll DoBuild, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packagesEnsure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management Assist in meeting preparation and breakdown, including room setup, samples, reports and creating boards and line sheetsGather and analyze market and trend researchEnsure understanding of the supported brand, foster innovation and remain updated on the competitionComplete pre-packages as a part of the research and development process Additional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredFamiliarity and moderate proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ned Graphics, Kaledo or related programPreferredBachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related fieldPrevious retail experiencePrevious experience in design or product accessory business and the competitive landscapeDomestic travel may be requiredEssential FunctionsThe requirements listed below are representative of functions you will be required to perform, however you may be required to perform additional functions.
