Vice President of Quality and Safety, RWJ University Hospital – New Brunswick, NJ Job Overview: The Vice President of Quality and Safety at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, would be responsible for overseeing and improving the hospital's quality assurance and performance improvement programs, ensuring patient safety, and promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement. This role will oversee the operational and budgetary components and manage the performance of Director- Level reports. This role manages the continued delivery of high-quality care within hospital licensed space advocating regulatory compliance and the provision of support to obtain staff, supplies, and other resources needed to deliver care. Reports to: The Vice President of Quality and Safety at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital reports directly to Dr. Chris Gilligan, Chief Medical and Quality Officer, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
