JOB TITLE: Shift Manager (SM)SUPERVISOR: Assistant General Manager (AGM), General Manager (GM), Area Coach (AC)STATUS: Non-ExemptBASIC PURPOSE:Shift Managers are individuals who take accountability for restaurant operations while on duty. These individuals should be willing and able to motivate team members beyond their expectations to deliver 5-star customer service to both customers and colleagues. Shift Managers should be open to challenges and tackle any problems as they arise.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Service: Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed.
