In this pivotal role, youll oversee planning, client communications, financial performance, and schedule management. Working closely with an on-site Superintendent, youll ensure seamless project execution that meets client expectations, protects profitability, and maintains the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Initiation PhaseReview sales handoff documentation including scope, budget, and client expectationsSet up projects in BuilderTrend, Job List, and QuickBooksInitiate client communication, schedule kickoff meetings, and handle early-stage planningCoordinate vendor walkthroughs and assess long-lead item needsEstablish safety protocols and site logisticsPlanning PhaseDevelop detailed project schedules with accurate trade sequencingManage risk assessments, material orders, permit compliance, and site preparationAlign field leadership (Superintendent) with scope, risks, and expectationsExecution PhaseLead kickoffs with the Superintendent and trade partnersMonitor and adjust schedules based on field feedbackSend weekly written updates to clients and hold regular team check-insOversee change orders, invoicing, financial tracking, and profitabilityResolve escalated field issues and ensure safety complianceClose-Out PhaseConduct internal reviews, final client walkthroughs, and punch list managementDeliver final invoicing, documentation, and care guidesClose out project files, archive communications, and submit post-project reports Qualifications Required2+ years in construction project management or leadershipIn-depth knowledge of residential remodeling and trade sequencingProficiency with BuilderTrend or similar softwareExperience managing budgets, schedules, and change ordersExcellent client communication and organizational skillsAbility to read scopes, proposals, and architectural drawingsValid drivers license and access to a reliable vehiclePreferredMulti-trade field experience in remodelingFamiliarity with QuickBooks, job costing, and billing workflowsOSHA or similar safety certificationsPrior experience collaborating with trades and field crews Benefits Salary + Performance-Based Bonuses (Up to $67,000 annually)Paid Time Off (Vacation and Holidays)Career Advancement Path to Senior PM or Director of ConstructionTeam Events and Company MilestonesContinued Training and Professional CertificationsMileage ReimbursementUse of Mobile Technology and Project Management Tools Schedule Full-Time | Minimum 50 hours per weekMondayFriday | Flexibility required for site visits, client meetings, and deadlines Location Everett, WA Projects across Seattle, Bellevue, and surrounding areas.Travel to job sites is expected; personal vehicle required.
