Apply an interdisciplinary team approach, combining specific legal expertise with broad business and practical experience. Assist clients in clarifying goals, identifying solutions, and achieving objectives. Experience you will need: 3+ years of experience in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities law. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance; high class rank preferred. Admission to the New York State Bar. Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
