The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career.
