Operations AnalystKey Role:Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals, training literature, and communications. Apply advanced skills and extensive technical expertise, including DoD industry knowledge to manage communications and operations for an enterprise solution capability. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience developing, editing, and managing technical documentation within the DoDExperience producing and maintaining documentation such as CONOPS, SOPs, training artifacts, and technical manualsExperience using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaborative documentation tools, such as Confluence or SharePointExperience with configuration management processes and version control systems such as Git, Jira, or ConfluenceKnowledge of IT terminology to support large scale system deploymentsAbility to collaborate with engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure clarity and accuracy in deliverablesAbility to organize complex technical information into concise and audience-appropriate contentSecret clearance HS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience implementing knowledge-capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best-practice librariesKnowledge of data-lifecycle management and cross-domain information-sharing solutionsBachelor’s degreeTop Secret clearance Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
