Description :This position may be eligible for the following:$15,000 Sign On BonusContinuing Education BenefitsJOB SUMMARYThe Physical Therapist plans, interprets, and implements specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONMinimum Required: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy.Preferred/Optional: NoneEXPERIENCE Minimum Required: NonePreferred/Optional: Experience as a physical therapist.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES Minimum Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.Physical Therapist license awarded by the State of WisconsinPreferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.Work ScheduleMonday 8:00-5:00 with 60 minute lunchTuesday 8:00-5:00 with 60 minute lunchThursday 8:00-5:00 with 60 minute lunchFriday: 8:00-4:30 with 30 minute lunch (can also flex to 7:30 with 60 minute lunch)This position will be covering the outpatient department with optional inpatient weekend coverage.
