Family-oriented company with a supportive, friendly team Flexible work options (10-12 month options) Stability and growth opportunities within the company Competitive pay and the chance to work up to 40 hours a week $1000 New Hire Bonus School Bus Driver Schedule Options: Morning Shift Afternoon Shift Day Shift Evening Shift Night Shift Split Shift Holidays Weekends as Needed Monday to Friday Year-round Work School Bus Driver Responsibilities: Safely operate school buses on scheduled routes Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety Keep accurate records of passengers, routes, and any incidents Assist students with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety Communicate with dispatch about any route changes or delays Follow all traffic laws and regulations Provide excellent customer service to students and parents Maintain the cleanliness of the bus inside and out School Bus Driver Requirements: Valid CDL Class B with S & P Endorsements Ability to work 30-40 hours per week Experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle checks Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus) Availability to commute to Lakewood, NJ 08701 is required A focus on safety and passenger comfort School Bus Driver Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Training Flexible Scheduling $1000 New Hire Bonus
