If you are a sharp litigator looking to work closely with experienced trial attorneys who value strategic thinking, mentorship, and flexibility — this could be the right next step in your career.Responsibilities: Manage complex litigation matters from start to finishDraft pleadings, motions, and discoveryStrategize case development and provide legal analysisAttend court appearances, depositions, and client meetingsCollaborate with partners on case planning and litigation strategyWork closely with clientsEnjoys developing case strategy, litigation, enjoys a fast-paced environment Qualifications: 3–10 years of complex litigation experience, preferably in business, Real Estate, or insurance coverage mattersLicensed and in good standing with the California BarExperience Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, deposition, trialExcellent legal research, writing, and analytical skillsConfident and strategic, with the ability to take initiative and present ideasNot risk-averse – comfortable making recommendations and leading case strategyEager to grow in an intellectually stimulating and collaborative environmentEnjoys a broad range of complex litigation and thrives in a dynamic settingAppreciates mentorship and enjoys bouncing around legal theories and case strategyInterested in working directly with partners and sophisticated clients Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: $170K–$275K DOEBonuses: Generous production bonuses (based on billed hours), discretionary bonuses, and consistent review and salary increases based on performanceReasonable Billables: 1600-hour billable targetBenefits: Healthcare, 401(k) with match, full professional expenses paid, monthly marketing allowance, parking, % originations and moreSchedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office after onboarding), If you're considering a career change and want to explore this opportunity further, please reach out to Carolina Ries at carolina.riesgogpac or call/text 605-679-4241.
