Job Title: Inside Technical Sales Representative Company: Sealcon Location: Onsite, in buildingPay: $25 per hourJob Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on fostering existing relationships, targeting new business, and driving sales growth. Candidates should be comfortable with a high volume of calls, qualifying prospects, converting quotes to invoices, and closing sales with an emphasis on customer partnership. The Inside Technical Sales Representative reports directly to the Director of Sales.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to promote products to targeted vertical market segments in coordination with company marketing plansSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emailsReceive transferred calls from customer serviceProvide professional problem-solving support to customersSupport sales representatives and distributors with technical questionsManage assigned regions, territories, states, and key accountsMeet quarterly quotas for assigned territory, customer group, and company goalsTrack progress and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systemParticipate in required training sessionsContribute to company growth objectivesProvide regional support as neededRequirementsQualifications:2+ years of sales experience (preferably in component sales)Mechanical background is helpfulProfessional verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-throughProactive in researching, identifying, and developing new sales opportunitiesAbility to retain and expand business with existing customersStrong listening and presentation skillsEffective multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilitiesExperience with CRM systems or similar toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalismStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsReliable, dependable, and team-orientedCompensation:$25 per hourBonus opportunitiesCommission pay potentialPhysical & Time Demands:Full-time, 40 hours per week90% of work hours spent sitting or standing at a deskAbility to lift up to 25 poundsBenefits:Base hourly pay plus commission and quarterly bonus potentialHealth insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, 24-Hour Accident, Critical Illness)Retirement savings plan (100% employer funded after 3 years)4 weeks paid time offPaid holidaysHow to Apply:Only applicants who complete all application questions will be considered.
