Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmine's and Virgil's locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night; complete a final drawer tally at end of shift.Assist the Servers on the floor with taking table orders when needed.Adhere to all recipes when making beverages for the bar and dining room.Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.Engage with every department to ensure we are offering our guests the best possible experience.We Are Looking for Candidates:With Bartender experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.Who will be professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a have strong passion for hospitality.
