Perform orientations and update records of new and current staff. Support other assigned functions. Requirements: Experience as an HR Coordinator a plus, Nursing Home or Health field experience needed. Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations. Effective people management skills. Good understanding of HR functions and best practices. Good written verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
