In this role, you will performs asset management support responsibilities for properties held in trust, agency, and employee benefit profit sharing/pension plans. The specific purpose of the Trust Real Estate Administrator is to assist and support the Trust Real Estate Officer on all aspects of account management and duties. Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000/per year; commensurate with experience.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, real estate, legal field or equivalent experience requiredTwo (2)+ years of experience in real estate management and account administration requiredMBA in real estate or finance desirable preferredHawaii real estate license preferredCompletion of courses in basic accounting and real estate law helpfulResidential/commercial real estate sales experience preferredKnowledge of Hawaii real estate market with ability to analyze market informationCommercial property management experience helpfulStrong financial skills helpfulAbility to work with a variety of people from diverse backgroundsAbility to communicate clearly, both orally and in writingPrior work with real estate brokers, agents, title companies, escrow companies, property managers, asset managers, developers, and appraisers highly desirableKnowledge of trust issues desirableValid Hawaii driver’s license requiredResearch skills in real estate required (with regard to market information, applicable laws and real property documents)Computer skills necessary to perform job functions, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Access.
