Responsibilities Develops, evaluates, improves, and documents manufacturing processesDevelops and implements process control proceduresDirects improvements to facilities and processesAnalyzes manufacturing process flows continually to improve quality, cost reduction, and throughputWorks with configuration control and design engineering on product tooling and designConsults with vendors about product specifications, arranging equipment, purchasing parts and material, and evaluating products according to quality standards and specificationsWorking closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate and implement technical training for employees.Designs and develops manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, new products and related fixtures and tooling consistent with zero defect level and low product costDocuments tool drawings, design concepts, shop orders, and conceptsHelps Production with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar fieldEngineering Internship/Co-Op experience preferredKnowledge of manufacturing and Lean conceptsAbility to learn new technologiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesTeam-oriented and collaborativeSalary Range*: $70,000.00-$90,000.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity Job Posting Min Salary USD $70,000.00 Job Posting Max Salary USD $90,000.00
