Required Skills Valid Class A CDL with flatbed experience Proven ability to operate a flatbed truck safely and efficiently Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards Strong navigation and route planning skills Excellent time management to ensure timely deliveries Ability to secure loads properly for safe transportation Good communication skills for effective interaction with dispatch, customers, and other drivers Basic mechanical skills to identify and report maintenance issues Physical fitness to handle the demands of flatbed truck driving Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes Required Experience  A safe driving record with no major violations Experience with in-house serviced equipment is a plus Prior experience in the automotive stamping and robotic welding industry is advantageous Familiarity with the Midwest and southern regions' geography and traffic patterns History of steady employment indicating reliability and commitment Experience working with a dispatch team and adhering to dispatch instructions Proven track record of on-time delivery performance Previous experience in a full-time, regular driving position Experience in adhering to safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment Valid Class A CDL with flatbed experience Proven ability to operate a flatbed truck safely and efficiently Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards Strong navigation and route planning skills Excellent time management to ensure timely deliveries Ability to secure loads properly for safe transportation Good communication skills for effective interaction with dispatch, customers, and other drivers Basic mechanical skills to identify and report maintenance issues Physical fitness to handle the demands of flatbed truck driving Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes
