Gpac has partnered with a General Contractor that is looking to add an Estimator to their team.  They are a top tier company that focuses on work life balance.  Estimator Duties: Ensure timely estimates and submission of proposals with an emphasis on cost, schedule, and scope of work accuracyUnderstand and manage safety requirements, local building codes, and tax information for each project per location.Manage site walk-throughs and document items observed and discussed with the client or key specialty contractors up to point of bid submissionHelp build mutually rewarding relationships with potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors.Update and modify estimating database with cost data as required.
